Bonus abuse, use of betting software or bots, coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. Baji365 reserves the right to void bets, close accounts and withhold balances where such behaviour is identified.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Baji365 platform, including the website at baji365.pw and all associated services. The terms "Baji365", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the platform and its operators. The terms "you", "your" and "player" refer to any registered user of the platform.
These Terms apply to all games and services offered on Baji365, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, Casino table games, Fish Games, Bingo, and any other categories that may be added in future. They also apply to all bonus and promotional offers, VIP programme benefits, and payment transactions conducted through the platform.

Each person is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under different identities — is a violation of these Terms. Baji365 reserves the right to close all accounts belonging to a player who has registered more than once, and to void any balances or winnings associated with duplicate accounts.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure and confidential. You must not share your account access with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Baji365 support immediately via live chat.
Account verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) may be required at any point. Baji365 may ask you to submit a copy of a valid identity document, proof of address, or proof of payment method before processing withdrawals or in response to unusual account activity. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended until verification is provided.
Providing accurate information at registration makes the verification process faster and ensures your PKR withdrawals are processed without unnecessary delays. Always use your real name and correct contact details.
Baji365 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currencies, no conversion fees and no complicated banking steps involved. You deposit in PKR and your account balance is shown in PKR at all times.
The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:
Deposits are made to your Baji365 account only and must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties will be returned and the associated account may be flagged for review. Baji365 does not accept deposits made from business accounts or joint accounts unless both account holders are verified Baji365 players with separate individual accounts.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method. Baji365 does not charge deposit fees on its side, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may have their own transaction charges for which Baji365 is not responsible.
Never deposit more than you can comfortably afford to lose in a session. Baji365 encourages all players to set personal PKR deposit limits before each session as part of responsible gaming practice.
You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your Baji365 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. "Available funds" means your real-money PKR balance minus any bonus credits or funds subject to active wagering requirements.
Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever operationally possible. If you deposited via JazzCash, your withdrawal will be directed back to your JazzCash account. This is a standard anti-money-laundering procedure and is applied consistently across all accounts.

Baji365 operates the platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access or the absence of technical errors.
